Fino a quando compravo un numero alla volta si riusciva a scaricare da quando ho fatto un abbonamento trimestrale non solo non scarica più i numeri usciti ma non ti lascia neanche più comprarli singolarmente.... In compenso ricevuta di pagamento di abbonamento arrivata subito.... Impossibile chiedere il rimborso e trovare soluzione al problema. Hola contattata ignora il problematanto hanno già incassato...... Dopo 2 giorni miglioro e la prima sola che prendo da Apple store gravissimo.

As much as I love the Alta Costura and Pre-a- Porter Hola Special magazines, I’m very disappointed about losing all my purchases starting from 2014. I can’t restore my old purchases from ITunes into the app so I have lost about 14 purchases. I reached out to the company but because I didn’t have a subscription with them, they couldn’t find me even though I made all the purchases through the app using my iTunes account. When I hit restore my purchases, it says it has been restored but I don’t see them on the app and it’s very frustrating. I even subscribed recently to see if I was able to retrieve my old purchases and that didn’t work either. Not happy and disappointed right now.

Is the second time the app does not recognize my iTunes subscription. There is none you can talk to and have to spend a lot of time to find an email to ask for help

This is an update of my previous review.. I’m increasing the rate from 1 star to 4 stars due to the support service helped me to recover my previous purchases.. I received a great customer service, thank you!! I have bought Hola Alta Costura, Hola Pret-a-Porte & Fashion since 2014, before this update I had access to all the magazines I’ve bought, but with this new version I cannot. I hit the option restore but it said It has nothing to restore. Previously the purchases were tided to my Apple account. Can someone help me to recover my purchases magazines?

Tengo muchos años recibiendo la revista desde que tuve que actualizar el app no la puedo actualizar en mi tableta y en el teléfono tengo dificultad para leer la letra chica y me es difícil poder leerlo en mi celular que puedo hacer ?

Me en canta hola , es mi distracción desde hace 45 años , mi ipad pidió actualizar y me Preocupa que subieron el precio de la revista !!! Porfa por ser una cliente de tantos años quisiera me La dejarán así!! Gracias un abrazo maria

He leído varias revisiones escritas tanto en inglés como en español y las que por lo general le dan 1 estrella a la aplicación es por el cambio a la misma. He sido una cliente asidua desde el siglo pasado y hace como dos semanas no he podido leer la revista que me llegaba miércoles. Puse el VERBO en PASADO porque al no tener la aplicación un ‘side’ para descargar las revistas de los que estamos suscritos por iTUNES MODE no he podido leerlas ni en el iPhone ni en iPads. ¿Cómo me pueden ayudar por favor?!?

I paid for and enjoyed numerous magazines over the past year. Recently, the app upgraded I lost access to all of my prior purchases. I sent an email seeking help but never received a response.

Paid for it but cannot log in to iPad version. Still waiting for magazine to arrive. System badly designed.

If you want to be up to date with everything in Spain this is the app for it much cheaper than buying the magazine.

For years, I would wait to see old issues of Hola. Or maybe be in Miami to buy a new one. Now, I can get it anytime. Love it...

Desde hace unas semanas pago la revista pero después no la puedo descargar por "problemas de descarga" al principio sin correctamente, luego empezo a quedarse colgado en la descarga y ahora de inmediato da problemas. No hay ningún tlf u otro contacto del fabricante donde pueda llamar. Un poco decepcionante.

No puedo abrir el app aunque dice que lo tengo abierto. Todo sale en blanco, perdi todo mi inventario, no recibo nada, y no se sí me están cobrando la subscripción pero no hay nada.

No puedo ver ni mis compras ni el kiosko. Que asco! Me dicen que la elimine y reinstale. Lo he hecho mas de treinta veces y nada. Acababa de renovar mi suscripcion semestral cuando cambiarion la aplicacion.... Perdi mi dinero? Quiero una respuestaaaaaaa

Tuve el mismo problema, no podía restaurar las compras de las revistas, así que consulte a la revista Hola y lo que me dijeron fue que quitara la aplicación, y lo volviera a descargar y eso fue lo que hice. Ahora tengo todas mis revistas otra vez. Espero esto les ayude.

Creo q la nueva versión tiene problemas. Las screens de librería y compras aparecen vacías. No puedo descargar mis títulos viejos ni veo los recién comprados. Ojalá la arreglen pronto.

Una lastima que un formato que parece tan bueno sea tan malo en resultados. He comprado ya dos ediciones y no he podido ver ninguna. Te cobran pero al descargar la revista, siempre da error.

No veo opción para poner la informacion de los que pagamos suscripción a la revista impresa y tengamos la opción de leer Hola en iPad. Por circunstancias viajo mucho y en verano no estoy en casa donde recibo las revistas, por ende tengo que esperar llegar a casa para encontrarme con varias revistas acumuladas. El app tendría mejor rating si tuviese esa facilidad para los suscriptores. Todas las revistas en USA dan esa opción gratis a sus suscriptores.

My wife enjoys Hola! However, it's pretty expensive to ship it over here. I noticed this app and gave it a try. The magazines are $3 each and about a 250 MB download I have 1st and 3rd gen iPads and the pictures look pretty nice. The text is readable even for my aging eyes. I can flip through the pages pretty quickly though each page is fuzzy. When I stop on a page, it takes about 2-3 seconds for the page to sharpen up. I'm not sure if that is a "problem" with the app or a limitation of the ipad. Also, you can't print any pages nor output them to a tv using the composite apple cables. I don't have an appletv. Perhaps, that would allow you to output to a tv. I'll end with a nice feature. Scattered throughout the magazine are camera icons. When you click on them, you get an extra set of pictures. If you like Hola!, this app is definitely worth downloading.

When you touch the screen or change the page it takes for ever to see the pictures. First you see the image blurry or pixelated and them after 5 sec you finally see the page the way it should be.

I was excited about this app but it does nothing not allowing me to buy a magazine. Error in processing not recognizing iTunes store but is not even asking for password
